We do not sell personal information.
-
Data may be shared with trusted service providers (above) under agreements limiting use to Kiddoware services.
-
Data may be disclosed if required by law, to protect user safety, or as part of a business transfer (merger/acquisition).
4. Children’s Privacy
Children do not create accounts. Any child data (e.g., location or usage, if enabled) is linked to and controlled by the parent’s account. Kids Place is intended for use by parents; children may only use it with parental supervision. In the United States, we may use Google Play platform signals to block account setup if a user’s supervision status is pending or denied. We do not collect or store a user’s actual age or date of birth.
5. Access and Deletion
Parents may request access to or deletion of their account data at any time by contacting support@kiddoware.com.
6. AI-Assisted Content and Stories
Kids Place may include curated stories, educational content, and learning activities created or assisted by artificial intelligence tools. These stories are prepared by Kiddoware as app content and are reviewed before being made available in the app.
This is a passive content feature. Children cannot submit free-text prompts, names, contact information, photos, voice recordings, or other personal content to generate or customize stories. Kiddoware does not intentionally provide any personal information to AI tools for story creation. Story content and story activity are not used for targeted advertising or to train third-party AI models.
Parents may report concerns about story content through an in-app reporting option available behind a parental verification gate. Reports are sent to Kiddoware’s support team for review.
